Background

Social Media Management Tool for Small Business Marketers Small marketing teams—often just 2–3 people—are expected to manage conversations across 10+ social platforms. Instead of focusing on growth, they spend valuable time switching between tools and digging through past messages for context. This platform streamlines workflows, centralizes conversations, and lets teams focus on what matters most: growing their business. The tool introduced a unified inbox to consolidate all social interactions. While this addressed fragmentation, early adoption highlighted opportunities to improve clarity, speed, and day-to-day usability. So I joined the team to drive adoption and integrate AI directly into the inbox, reducing cognitive load, surfacing relevant context instantly, and helping marketers respond faster and more confidently.

The Challenge:

Users struggled with context and relevance. Sometimes conversations lacked enough context to act confidently, while other times long message histories made it hard to quickly understand what mattered. Even with all messages in a single inbox, high volume and varying relevance created noise, slowing responses and reducing efficiency. For a detailed breakdown, see the Figma files.
